How do I generate speech?

Simply type or paste your text into the input field and tap the "Generate Speech" button. You can choose between free (local AI) or premium voices.

What's the difference between Free and Premium?

Free mode uses on-device AI (English only, requires initial model download). Premium mode uses cloud AI with multi-language support and higher quality voices.

How do I restore my subscription?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Your subscription will be restored if you have an active subscription linked to your Google Play account (Android) or Apple ID (iOS).

Why isn't the free AI model downloading?

The free AI model requires a stable internet connection for the initial download (~100MB). Make sure you're connected to WiFi and try again.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the respective app store:

Android: Open Google Play → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ListenWell.

iOS: Open Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions → ListenWell.

Is my text data stored?

For free mode, all processing happens on your device. For premium mode, text is processed on our servers but is not stored after audio generation.
