This Privacy Policy explains how ListenWell collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you use our mobile application on Android (Google Play) and iOS (App Store).

ListenWell collects minimal information necessary to provide our services:

• Text Input: Text you enter for speech generation is processed to create audio. For premium features, this text is sent to our servers for processing.
• Usage Data: Anonymous usage statistics to improve the app.
• Subscription Data: If you subscribe to premium features, payment is processed through Google Play Billing (on Android) or Apple App Store (on iOS). We do not store your payment information.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide text-to-speech conversion and listening practice features within ListenWell
• To process and manage your subscription
• To improve the app and our services
• To respond to your support requests

Data Storage

For free (on-device AI) features, all processing happens locally on your device. No text is sent to external servers.

For premium features, text is sent to our secure servers for processing and is not stored after the audio is generated.

Third-Party Services

ListenWell uses the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat: For subscription management
• Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements (free tier only)
• Firebase (Google): For app analytics and crash reporting
• Google Play Billing / Apple App Store: For processing in-app purchases
