By downloading, installing, or using ListenWell ("the App"), developed and operated by Nghia Dinh ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
ListenWell is a text-to-audio application that converts written text into spoken audio for listening practice and passive listening. The App is available on Android (Google Play) and iOS (Apple App Store), and offers both free features (using on-device AI processing) and premium features (using cloud-based processing) available through subscription.
ListenWell offers auto-renewable subscription options:
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Google Play account (on Android) or Apple ID account (on iOS) at the confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your Google Play account settings (on Android) or App Store account settings (on iOS) after purchase.
Refunds: All purchases are handled through the respective app store. For refund requests, please contact Google Play Support (Android) or Apple Support (iOS).
You agree not to use the App to:
The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Nghia Dinh, the developer of ListenWell, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the text you input and the audio files generated from your text.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of ListenWell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users or us.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
